Xmas special--North Pole

The North Pole, also known as the Geographic North Pole or Terrestrial North Pole. It is the northernmost point on the Earth, lying diametrically opposite the South Pole. At the North Pole all directions point south; all lines of longitude converge there, so its longitude can be defined as any degree value.

In some western cultures, the geographic North Pole is described as being the location of the workshop and residence of Santa Claus, although the depictions have been inconsistent between the geographic and magnetic North Pole. Canada Post has assigned postal code H0H 0H0 to the North Pole (referring to Santa's traditional exclamation of "Ho ho ho!").

In fact, millions of people sent letters to Santa every year.
The North Pole is a such beautiful place, I wish I could go to there sometime. How about you?

Merry Xmas!

CITY OF LONDON

City of London
CORT OF ARMS
The City of London, also known as The City, or The Square Mile, is the area of London that originally lay within the ancient city walls. This part of Central London is not as big a tourist destination as the West End, Westerminster or South bank, but is a must for anyone wishing to explore and understand London.

CITY HALL OF CITY OF LONDON

The City of London is not a London borough and has an ancient and unusual local governance, with rights and privileges greater than those of anywhere else in United Kingdom. The local authority is the City of London Corporation and the chief position is the Lord Mayor. Whilst the rest of London has the Metropolitan Police, the City of London has its own police force

Visit during the week. Few shops and restaurants are open on the weekend, although this is changing - see the new shopping center "One New Change". It is hard to believe how dead the area is on the weekend and it can barely be stressed enough that if you are in The City on a weekend, it will seem like the movie 28 Days Later. This though could be a blessing if you want an easily accessible respite from the chaos of the West End to wander around the place at your own pace, admiring the architecture and character of the streets and buildings! You may also come across the filming of a TV advert, TV programe or even a film at this time.

Incredible journey in Australia--Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains, located immediately to the west of the sprawling metropolian area that is Sydney, is one of the most accessible areas of  highland natural beauty in New South Wales, Australia. Although not particularly high for a mountain range, the Blue Mountains is nonetheless renowned for its uniquely majestic scenery, for its cultural attractions, and for its relatively tranquil, alternative mode of life.

I have been to Blue Mountains twice, once in winter, and once in summer. Every time when I go there, the only thing I can feel is that there is a really beautiful place, I can totally relax myself. There is a place that can let me leave all the study and life behind of my head.

Bring your camera, take your friends and family get ready to go to the amazing place--Blue Mountains.
